3.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

We may request photos of the damaged product to process your claim.

3.3 Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
